TIDIN™ Tech warrants all SOLO products against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase under normal use.
What's Covered
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
What's Not Covered
Damage from misuse, accidents, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
How To File A Claim
Email jay@tidintech.com with your order number and a description of the issue. If the defect is confirmed, we'll replace the product or refund the purchase price at our discretion.
Eligibility
This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.
